They don't actually help people under the Guardianship board and public trustee I've tried multiple times to ask for there help and they basically turned me away and said we don't deal with people under the public trustee and public guardian honestly look for better options they don't care about people who are under the Guardianship board they are hopeless an don't care about people's needs even if they have a disability they really don't care

The admin and intake ladies are wonderful. I have never had a bad experience with dealing with legal aid.

Post this poor review they contacted me to ask me to complain in writing. If they responded to requests as I asked in the first instance I would not be writing this review. Contact people back and respond by giving your legal knowledge to those who need it. This is the purpose of your service, not to send automated emails and demand people fill in forms and enact time wasting complaints.

If you are in the right they are perfect if you are in the wrong well what can I say but I guess you get what you deserve

Didnt want too represent me for Armed Robbery That I nvr did & was found Innocent for in the Court Of Law.

Unable to assist me. Conflict of interest, more or less. ...bloody hilarious!

Can't get on the spot advise, have to make in appointment either in person or via the phone weeks later
