Legal Aid Queensland - Bundaberg

I have so.e pros and cons for legal aid, but this legal aid office deserves 4 stars at least, if not 5. The staff will remember you, even years later, they are generally very helpful with paperwork. I however, seam to have alot of trouble communicating with the one and only solicitor available on sight.

The fact that they help you with legal matters, all be it a bit slower than just going to a paid place, is fantastic. It's really good to have services like this in Australia. It makes such a better country. Thanks heaps!

Denied my mum legal aid for almost an entire year even though she is on a pension and lives in housing comission so she can't afford a lawyer and yet they denied her.

Hopeless! All they do is assume you are guilty without any reason to suspect so and require you to roll over and let them try drop a couple hundred off your fine using the same worn over blah blah story they use for any and everyone else. Save yourself any upfront fees if there are any here or anywhere else and do it yourself. You're going to be fined either way and Court is free! I cannot remember if I even finished the interview before sacking them and going it alone! These clowns are not the entertaining kind and I doubt they are even real lawyers? ...
