I've lived in alot of rentals because of military life. And I have to say that leasecorp is the worst realtors I have ever dealt with. Jeremy was in charge of the property and he was absolutely useless. The house was in a terrible condition, still had furniture left over, condition report was all wrong and had multiple issues that were needing attention. It was a mission getting anything fixed. Not sure how this company is able to operate and getting paid with the lack of care and work ethic they have for these properties and their owners. I feel for anyone who has to deal with this company. If anyone knows how to report all of this I'd love to make a formal complaint!

Jeremy Morello is the worst realestate agent I have ever come across! He was my agent, my house was the definition of a health hazard with mould, collapsing roof and asbestos! Would not ever fix anything, no maintenance done and tried to say this was all my fault when it’s structural damage! So rude, never answered calls and only ever did when it was something he needed from us. Worst company and worst agent to date, if you see his name run!

Absolutely terrible new staff won't mention her name dose nothing very rude and disgusting behaviour. Matinence work never followed up. Only other option was when the actual home owner called to sort it out and very pleased.

We were dealing with Jeremy Marollo. One of the worst estate agents. They will not care for your property which includes everything from  home maintenance to overdue water bill [2 b charged to tenants]. The are just concerned with their money and that's it. I agree wiith one of the above reviews. Avoid them, especially the home owners.

Jeremy was the property manager in charge of my lease. The inspection sheet filled out by Leasecorp  upon our arrival was completely inaccurate. The house was dirty and unsanitary and there were a number of things listed as working and clean that were broken or just not there at all. In fact everything on the inspection sheet was noted as clean and in good condition.  The oven, dishwasher, outside lights were all not working. There were no smoke detectors at all. There was a tap in the bathroom that was constantly leaking approx 25 litres every 4 hours There was a chandelier style light in the hallway that was duct taped together shortly after moving in this fell on my head  There were dozens and dozens of belongings of the previous tenants left behind, this included a soiled mattress and broken desk in the master bedroom.  We had to fight tooth and nail to get the place to a satisfactorily clean condition before we moved in we ended up having to move in almost a week later than planned, I still had to pay this in rent  Jeremy was condescending and rude in every interaction we had about the issues cause by his poor management.  I hope no one has to deal with this sort of person again, as it made our living arrangements close to unbearable. The multitude of issues took over 6 months to rectify with no apology or reconciliation.

Fantastic service and communication throughout the two years of leasing my property with Leasecorp. Jeremy was always available to answer any questions and very quick to execute solutions for any issues that rarely arose. Very highly recommend to anyone looking to lease their property.

I never leave bad reviews, i currently reside in a property by leasecorp that ive been in for two years, without a doubt one of the worst companys ive ever dealt with, being a single mum in covid it has been so tough on myself and my son. No matter how many times i report problems, they never get addressed. Ive had mold build up in my bathroom due to my landlords not putting in an exhaust fan and its caused health issues for myself. I also would like to point out the fact my unit has had multiple issues in the past before i moved in that my landlord has clearly covered up or dodgy fixed. I cant wait to move!

Don't hear a word from them for 9 months of your lease until it's time for a random open inspection with no notice, and another 3 months to do a final inspection where they will go over your property with a magnifying glass trying to slug you with damage caused by previous tenants which is another file that happened to go 'missing' , maybe while we saw the shop in Port Adelaide getting raided with 10+ officers

The Leasecorp team have been amazing to deal with, I have been happy with the open communication and understanding for their team. Any issues I’ve had have been fixed ASAP. Will hopefully stay renting through the company for a long time!

Great company to deal with, their level of professionalism and understanding is refreshing from a company. They listened to exactly what I wanted and needed and delivered with exceptional service. Very friendly company also, I highly recommend!
