I purchased a great foamy surfboard today and the guy who I delt with was a total legend. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Pointed me in the right direction and I ended up getting a board that's perfect for me. Great value and great customer service. Also there is a lot more stock in store than you will see on the website, so if you can visit in-store rather than online, I highly recommend it

I got my first private surf lesson in Dee why and I couldn’t be happier with the Manly Surf Guide team : Their equipment was perfect for my level which made me improve so much in just one lesson, props to the coach on creating a safe and fun environment! I can wait for more lessons Thank you
Couldn't recommend this shop more. Ryan was awesome and took care of everything while my board was being repaired and set me up with a great rental. Great prices and even better staff.
Honestly can’t brag enough about Ryan! I called, he sent pics, he dropped over my boards & wetsuits .. bargain for 10 days & came & picked them up aswell, such a sweet person & such a sweet deal!! Thankyou so so so much!!!!!!!
Fantastic Guys!, excellent help and advice.
My daughters and I drove down from the Central Coast to check out 3 surf shops to buy them a soft board, wetsuits and beginners kit. After meeting Charles our amazing and knowledgeable shop assistant this became our one stop. We left extremely happy and with all the gear we needed. Charles certainly knows his stuff, the shop had everything we needed and the price was an absolute bargain. We will be back for classes and hopefully more gear. Thank you for all your help. You are very professional.
Great experience for purchasing my first surfing board and wetsuit! Mr Ryan provides lots of useful instructions for the use of the wearing and equipment, also I am looking forward to joining in the training group as well.
First off, this business is ran by great people who are very friendly. I'm giving 3 stars for two reasons: 1 I didn't feel there was enough instruction. Groups were fairly small 1 instructor for 8 people was the max and at one time during the day we had 3 instructors for 10 people. You definitely learn the "how to" for surfing, but if you're struggling you mostly get positive encouragement and a reiteration of the basics. 2 Because I didn't feel I had enough instruction I didn't feel like I got my money's worth from the trip. The tide on the day I went was also not the best in creating surf-able waves which is nothing Manly Surf Guides can control, the spot would have been great if the tides were stronger Overall, still had a good time with cool people

What a great experience with Manly Surf Guide! Ryan is an absolute legend who understands the importance of giving excellent guidance and then letting the students apply the learned theories. His trained eyes are on everyone: Wrong paddling technique or posture? He'll let you know and make sure you do it right. Could not have been more satisfied with the surfing and SUP classes. Tip: Ask for the SUP classes at Shelly Beach. Great location and excellent conditions for beginners! Thanks Ryan, keep up the good work
