To arrange an appointment was easy. The prices are reasonable and I was satisfied with the skin feel after ! I would come back! All staff I encountered were nice and the prices are reasonable. The only thing I feel could be improved is the atmosphere. The room where the skin treatments are done is quite small and hot. A little diffuser, maybe a candle or other decorations would make the experience a little more relaxing.Service: Skin treatments
I've been going to Leahs for a while and all the ladies are lovely and make you feel relaxed. They do an amazing job with my eyebrows and Jenny made sure my first laser experience was comfortable and easy. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive and just a great place to go! Love them!
Got my eyelashes lifted and tinted here in a pinch as I couldn't fit in anywhere else and I was desperate. I'm happy with the tint however I wouldn't go here for a lash lift again. After my appointment, my lashes are so dry and brittle and they're all kinked up. They look fine when wet, which is why I didn't say anything before I left the establishment as they were still wet when I left. Next time I will just go without and wait for an appointment with my regular place.

Although the staff were lovely and made me feel comfortable, the overall results of my waxing experience were not good. I got a Brazilian, underarms and full legs however there was hair still left on my knees and some on my leg. The Brazilian was the worst and didn’t even take most of the hair off, and there is still hair under my arms. I paid full price but the lady didn’t even take most of the hair off. Very disappointing given the price I paid I wanted better results. Wouldn’t recommendServices: Body waxing
Just went in this morning for full arm wax had extreme bad experience with the operator. She was rushing like anything just wanted to finish the job and NOT AT ALL even want to see if customer is satisfied.I had to interupt few times and show her areas being missed. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I had used Leah wax before and had good experiences however this time this particular person she said her name is Melissa ruined it.Service: Waxing
Made appt on Monday for 11am on Friday for a waxing in preparation for the birth of my child. Arrived at appt early with no waiting lines, another 3 people came after me. After waiting 15mins, the other 2 people were asked to head into the back rooms. I advised them I was first and heavily pregnant only to be advised they also had 11am appt with the specific technician. I was disgusted as there was no regard for my welfare or the fact I got there early. They just told me to take a seat and wait. Never going back as they clearly can not make appt or care about their customers.Service: Body waxing

I have been a customer of Krystal's for two years and she is nothing amazing! She always ensures I am comfortable and happy with my waxing and is a lovely person overall. I have and always will recommend her to anyone who needs a good eyebrow wax. :
I agree with the review that mentioned the receptionist with the tattoos is definitely lacking basic customer service skills. When I first turned up I didn't know what was going on, no one was around. I even pressed on the bell button. I only persisted as the other beauty shops were busy and I had limited time. Had I known what I know now I definitely would have waited at the other brow bars. The shop layout gives a false sense of staffing they are at 4 rooms so I thought there were plenty of beauticians around. When the receptionist eventually appeared, she wrote down my name on a post it note and told me to take a seat. No apologies for having waited. She didn't tell me how long the wait was and after a while said I'm sure they won't be long. She never bothered to check with the other staff on the wait time. When I finally got in after about 20 minutes. I was escorted to a room and was waiting for my beautician. Whilst waiting I noticed there was another client who came after me, was immediately being worked on in another room. Then my beautician says to the other beautician something alone the lines of thanks for that. She then goes on to explain that the beautician took her room. I'm not stupid I know exactly what the exchange was about. It made me feel like an unwanted client and I was already feeling self conscious about the state of my eyebrows. Even though the beautician did a good job and said I had a nice eyebrow shape, it was too late as my experience was already quite poor up until that point. No amount of false sincerity was going to compensate for that. I would definitely go to the other eye brow bars in the shopping centre in the future. I would recommend this shop to be avoided at all costs. This is very disappointing as I have gone to other Leah's wax works in the past and they have been great.Services: Body waxing
