On entry it was great start but when the brief was happening it was total mess and one of the crew member was moody and should really have watched his attitude and tone with the kids. Then one of my kids was tripped over by one of there crew member and he had hurt himself one the way down... they failed to tell me about it. Not coming back.
The staff in the room where you get your equipment were really nice and helped me understand how the game worked. They were very open and positive and I had a good experience.
I am giving this place 5 stars and it is due to the very patient, attentive staff you have. They are organised & very efficient and accomodating to customers needs - eg. Had a very late child turn up that wasn’t accounted for in the birthday party. The kids love this place but it’s the staff who take control of such a busy, loud, unpredictable play centre. Well done team! Thank you for your hospitalitynI did the DIY package kids had a blast as usual…affordable, fun & convenient
The place is really fun for kids, they had a great time and the time played seemed fair, however the people who works there are just moody, unhappy, impatient and snappynAnd there should be more cleaning around the area as it’s dirty on tables and floors
Not bad space for kids, but my son came home upset as he had an grown man yelling at him for something he thought he said, better management should be implemented to keep our kids safe from grown bullies
