Excellent authentic Indian restaurant. The service was impeccable. The owner was both very attentive and friendly. We had the entree tasting plate which I would recommend. The curries were delicious, nice complex flavours but still remaining authentic. Decent portion sizes and reasonably priced. Could not fault the whole dining experience!
Beautiful modern traditional atmosphere in decor and music. Rare to find fine dining cloth tablecloths and napkins with affordable prices. Food is amazingly flavour and generous. Service from owner is 6 out of 5 star. Definitely recommended the all you can eat buffet on Sundays, very family friendly. Parking: Shopping centre parking available or on street parking Bevington Street
Wow! The food was stunning! Each course, both entree and main, was delectable. We also so loved the atmosphere beautifully warm, well decorated and clean - only quiet due to pandemic. The service was fabulous - great recommendations and attention. Highly recommend Laxmi’s. So pleased it is so close to us as well.
Delicious meal. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Their hospitality was amazing. But the biryani was slightly dry and the portion size of the meal was a bit smaller according to the price. Overall enjoyed our time at the restaurant.

Glen Osmond road was a row of class dining experiences in the past and Laxmi's was a pleasure to dine at. Trip up and not dining in motel room walked in and got a table early Saturday night. Madras beef Curry special rice and roti delicious meal and large portion. Go along relax and enjoy the experience yourself.Food: 5/5
Amazing Indian restaurant with delicious food and great service. The chef is very passionate about his cooking and you can tell from the dishes. The desserts are highly recommended.
We had a wonderful, long lunch at Laxmi's yesterday. Sky looked after us all afternoon and shared experiences and knowledge of food, beers and spirits from his home country. For example, I have spent half my life ordering Kingfishers when dining in Indian restaurants and Sky educated me on the fact that this actually the ‘tourist’ beer and that the Godfather brand of beer is the best-selling beer in the north of India and in his opinion a far better beer. Well, let me tell you what a game changer that was! The Godfather beer is not only 8% alcohol, but it is a truly amazing tasting beer – this stuff should be taught in school ... I strongly recommend that all beer drinkers try one as soon as possible…. Preferably when dining at Laxmi’s Laxmi’s food was amazing, lovely, rich curries that were beautifully presented... for me, the Butter Chicken was the best I have ever tasted! It is easy to understand how this restaurant won first place for the award of best Indian restaurant in South Australia and also second place for best Indian restaurant across Australia. Thank you Sky and Laxmi’s for a wonderful experience yesterday, we will certainly be back soon! Wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas and a prosperous New Year!
The food here is just amazing. We visit here at least twice a month and the meat is always tender, vegetables always fresh and the service is outstanding. The owner is exceptional and shows so much passion for what he does. We can’t help be coming back for more of this excellent food and really good prices. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options and always so fresh Kid-friendliness: Plenty of food options and non spicy curry. Parking: Plenty of on street parking
Simply one of the best restaurants in town. Everything from the decor of the place to the quality of service is just amazing. I was blown when I had their special Butter Chicken for the first time and I have been their regular customer ever since. The food is just delicious and anyone who wants to try Indian Cuisine for the first time, I highly recommend you to visit this restaurant. The cost and quantity is as so reasonable. I must have simply spent the best time there, the staff is really polite and the service is quick. Professionalism is top notch. Must visit once.
