Professional staff on the phone, no voicemail or callbacks required. We didnt actually proceed with the quotation as they didnt offer finance through SKYE. Regardless, it was nice to have someone answer the phone in the first instance.

Just had our 22 years old Daikin split system replaced, the quote was fast and professional, the tradie turned up on time and did a brilliant job, cleaned up and explained the new control, thank you great job!
