You just simply can not trust this dry clean store. First, they refused to admit and solve the damage they did on my 3000$ coat. After three hours communication with the headquarter. This store finally agree to wash again but without guarantee. I would not use their service anymore. Based on the fact that hundreds of people left bad reviews here, I would recommend all my friends not come to Lawrence dry cleaners.

Horrific experience, left my wedding dress with these guys to clean and it came back a different colour, not much I can do about it now, can't even sell it. No care or consideration by this company! I even asked them if they would damage it and they just laughed at me as if I was silly. Would not recommend them unless you don't really care about how your items come back!

Very expensive service with unhelpful and rude staff. Took two weeks to try and get a dye run repaired with no update - said they would message me and never did. When I was asked for athe refund I was told I had paid a discounted price ($22 rather than $45) so they couldn't refund me. Eventually I was partially refunded, only after another customer arrived and I was complaining of the bad customer service.

If you don’t want your clothes got damaged, don’t go there!!! My Burberry coat worth over $2000 got damaged, and they don’t admit! The old Asian woman I don’t know her name who was being very mean and rude! It is the worst dry cleaning experience I hv ever had! And I have never met a person can be that dishonest and rude! I don’t know is she the boss or only the employee of the store, can’t believe she has not been fired!

Staff Vivian was amazingly helpful even though I was running late, she was really understanding. Amazing service, will use again!
