Very delicious and authentic Italian gelato. This family owned business has been making gelato for more than 150 years, we absolutely love their pistachio, bacio, strawberry and mango flavours! The sorbet was so refreshing, their pistachio and bacio were creamy and not too sweet! Their gelato is so yummy, will come back to try another flavours We also want to say thank you to their friendly staffs, they’re so kind and helpful. 5/5! Highly recommend!

It's never TOO cold for ICE-cream!! Life is like an Ice Cream, you have to enjoy it before it melts. Checked out this authentic Italian Gelato shop on Lygon St for some delicious dessert. There is soooo many different flavours to choose from. What we got: Mango Passionfruit Pink Lemonade Bacio Pistachio Mixed Berry Lemon Cheesecake Tiramisu

The ice cream is amazing here, I know how it can be overlooked on Lygon st, but the ice cream is so creamy no icy crystals flavourful and they have too many varieties to count. The staff are super friendly and bubbly, they seem to really care about their customers. Small number of seats inside, parking can be a nightmare, try the surrounding streets and just walk here.

In a market that’s saturated with so many great ice cream locations, Lavezzi does not disappoint. I got the pistachio ice cream and Gahd dayum, it was so good. It was really creamy and the pistachio flavour was so strong and intense. It could do with a bit of texture in the ice cream but it is fantastic as is. Would definitely come here again for ice cream.

Really pleased with the choice of selection here. They have some really interesting flavours, and the reason why I was attracted in the first place was because they had the Bailey & Chocolate flavour . I had the kids cone as I saw that the single scoop was huge!

Perfect created flavours with quality ingredients, plus great customer service. The Amarena black cherry gelato was sensational. Love it!

The mini size is the perfect amount if you want dessert but you're feeling rather full, though it is quite pricey at $4. The cherry blossom flavor was great, not too sweet.

Yum gelato with plenty of flavors and gluten free, dairy free ice cream options. Friendly Italian speaking staff, it’s a great dessert option and a Lygon st institution!

I had the opportunity to taste test flavours before buying and I was immediately sold on the fist flavour I tried; Honeycomb Crunch! I had a fantastic experience here and the ice cream was AMAZING and totally reasonably priced for such a great treat!

Excellent service and delicious gelato. I had pistachio, rum and raisins, and bachi. Recommend!
