Launch discriminates against men, favours women, buys into the gendered dpmestic violence nonsense, and shirks all duties of care for those they claim to assist. You turn up in absolute need, and throw you into another junkie roominghouse, only for your valuable and most treasured possessions to be stolen, sometimes by the owner/operator of the establishment themselves!!

Beware, avoid at all costs!!
