Nice to deal with a down to earth person such as Greg. I would recommend Greg, and also return for future business to Buckby Skoda Launceston. Professional, on time and not pushy, which made the experience of buying a new car enjoyable again.
Recently bought a Skoda from Buckby Skoda and could not fault the service from Joseph Pearce. He was fantastic throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable about the car itself. If you’re in the market for a new or used Skoda, Joe is your man!
Greg was absolutely amazing during the purchase and for organising shipping interstate. But as soon as the car was paid for, I was obviously not a priority anymore. Post sales service is very poor.
We were sold on the Kamiq before we entered the yard and the sales experience didn’t disappoint. Greg was helpful and casual. Knows his stuff without being pushy. Staff who passed through the sales area while we were doing stuff we’re all polite and friendly. A truly nice experience.

Bought a 2018 Skoda Octavia from these guys a couple of months ago. Being the first time i've bought such a new and expensive car i wanted to buy from a dealer as it gives me more peace of mind that the car is in great condition. The car itself is great, but its condition report was not accurate. I had the car shipped to me in Melbourne and since it has arrived i've taken it to my local Skoda dealer for its scheduled 60K service no problem with this at all. The car needs the thermostat replaced, a new infotainment screen as the one in it has 2 lines of broken pixels, and the front suspension was deemed nearly unroadworthy in a roadworthy report i had done a month ago. None of this was told to me when purchasing the car and i'm not real happy about it. I at least expected the dealer to be honest and let me know the car needed work. Very disappointed. Edit: If you guys want to be of assistance, take the car back and refund my money.
Spoke to Jonno, easy going young man. Great vehicle, good price, great service, relaxed dealership. Very pleased & would recommend without hesitation.
Had a great experience with Greg, great customer service and really easy to deal with, all my questions were answered and made the whole experience comfortable.
Good car. Poor customer service. After spending close to 40k on a vehicle and travelling interstate you’d like to think that Buckby motors would look after you with accommodation and a good price for shipping as their website says instead they denied me these things on petty semantics. In the end I was able to drive away so should have received these perks anyway.
I have just dealt with Neil buckbys for the first time an the way Jack Woods an Debra Hannan dealt with my service was amazing! I would 100% recommend these 2 for any of your car deals!
