If I could give zero stars I would. Quote $400-$500 for a bond clean, by the time they are done, DOING A SUBSTANDARD JOB you will be left with a $1000+ bill, which will pretty much be your whole bond. I would love to know which university they studied cleaning at to justify the hundreds of dollars per hour they charge for half cleaning an empty house.
