DR chris is an excellent doctor, Knowledgeable and caring. Debbie the receptionist is so sweet and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this clinic.
Doctor Chris has been my GP for a few years in the past very patient and kind doctor but when i left WA and now in Qld trying to ask my new GP from Qld for my medical record from WA Lathlain Doctors Surgery they are not releasing it unless i pay them money for admin fees. i have moved around previously and never ever been asked from any medical center for money to withhold someone medical record unless it has been paid. i dont know if this is kind of illegal to do that asking for money to transfer your own medical record to another clinic even when you have already given permission. i feel disgusted about it. I wonder why it is only 3.1 stars on google. i will be complaining to Ombudsman now which is not right to withhold someone medical record and asking for money.
Been my local GP for over 10 years now. I have always found Dr Chang to be very professional, friendly, reliable and caring. The staff are always courteous, efficient and greet you with a smile. Waiting times are pretty good.
Dr. Chris Chang is our family doctor for the last 4 years and he’s always gave us good attention when it comes to our health. I always recommend Dr. Chang with my friends.
No punctuality at all, Minimum wait is 2 hours even if you already have an appointment booked, doesn't make any difference. Even talked to reciptinist regarding it, guess what was the answer " first come first serve " then whats the concept of appointment, just walk in and wait hours to see the doctor. The doctor; he is even worse, maximum time spent in his room is 2 minutes Doesn't even let you to explain your problem Wait hours to see doctor for only 2 minutes and not getan answer
Inefficient, Doesn’t give proper diagnosis, influences self harm and doesn’t listen to patients properly, needs to be checked for his qualifications and he’s only there for the money.
Not checking properly , just there for money , also receptionist is rude and incorporative . I will not go again there.
