I have used Laser Electrical a couple of times and they have been excellent.  Only electrician that responded to an after hours call for a main fuse that was burning out  after another electrician had been onsite  for which I was very grateful.  Paperwork can be a bit slow but otherwise these guys are good.  Even with dealing with my tenants.

In all my years running a property management business, I never came across any service company this bad. They turned up without contacting the tenant despite clear instructions and threw a hissy fit. When I spoke to them about this, they assured me they would contact the tenant to arrange a time, which they have never done. After 5 weeks I've taken my business elsewhere. They didnt even have the decency to respond to my email asking when they would get around to it. My recommendation is to steer clear of this bunch of cowboys.
