Very unaccommodating branch and staff. They do not put costumers first. They have very stringent policies which is not good for business and costumers. Better to try other laser clinics. They will let you wait for sooo long!

So happy that the manager agreed to honour my gift certificate for my daughter's Christmas present last year. It's been a difficult year to find the time  to schedule the treatments with lockdowns and the centre flooding...but the manager kindly extended the timeline to allow her to do so. Thank you so much - excellent service!

Didn't work after 2 years and thousands of dollars. Have a skin and hair tone that I was told would work well but no results. Professionalism varies greatly between employees. Emailed about a potential refund for prepaid sessions due to a lack of results but no response

I have been here a few times and find the employees have been friendly every visit. I used to go to the other laser shop close by but decided to switch as I prefer the friendly and thorough service I get here.

Sarah is so nice and friendly. She took her time to explain; she listened to my concerns. She really knows her stuff, so professional too. She made me feel so comfortable. She’s amazing! I definitely go back to Sarah.
