LaSalle Catholic College is a Roman Catholic, co-educational, secondary, day school located in Bankstown, a south-western suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.The College is a Catholic school that runs systemically with the Catholic Education Office of the Archdiocese of Sydney and is a member of the Metropolitan Catholic Colleges Sports Association (MCC).The De La Salle Brothers run the college in the tradition of Saint John Baptist de La Salle.HistoryLaSalle Catholic College was formed in 1999. It is an amalgamation of three previous schools that existed on the site - De La Salle College (7-10) (1951–1998), Benilde College (11-12) (1968–1999), and Nazareth Senior Girls College (11-12). Both Benilde and De La Salle were run by the De La Salle Brothers whilst Nazareth College was run by the Josephite sisters in the tradition of Blessed Mary McKillop. There are no longer Josephite sisters at the college, but several De La Salle Brothers still work at the College and live in the nearby Brothers' Residence.

Yeah nah if i could give this school a zero i would, it might as well be a public school at this point. Do better..
This school looks good on the outside, but on the inside the education system is all over the place. From year 7 - 9 half the teachers don't even care about your education and gives you textbooks to fill out and complete. By year 10 you are most likely behind on a lot of work that other schools have done since year 8.
I would like to highly recommended this School. It is an abouslete amazing school. The principals are the most supportive and amazing people. The staff and teachers are wonderful and supportive. The social development and the student interaction has been very positive. Any issues that have ever poped up whether academic ,behaviour or social have always been dealt with quickly and appropriately. This school is definitely higher than 5 stars. If I could rate it 10 I would.
I can't fault this school and the staff especially the learning support team they're so supportive and keep parents well informed. My daughter loves her school and how caring all her teachers are.
Paid $200 to apply to the school but heard nothing back. When we called the school in regards to the application process, the staff were rude and palmed us off. They preach Catholic values but don't live up to the faith. I would have preferred donating the $200 to the Church or a useful organisation. Very disappointing, will be taking my daughter to MSJ, a school that respects the students and their parents.

great school, taught me heaps. hit and miss with some teachers, some really dont care and text book teach, others will engage. This school cares too much about grooming though.
