After being with Lanyon Partners for 6 years, I have removed all of my insurance policies from this company after being blown away by the rude and condescending customer service from one of the associates. Not only was I spoken to in such an unbelievable manner, I was signed up to multiple insurances for the same vehicle, the insurance was NOT the cheapest or best possible cover, the known associate did not reply to my emails in an adequate manner and was incapable of following written instructions. The service was so poor that it had to be escalated. Please avoid. I will never recommend anyone to use Lanyon Partners again.

Looking at the responses to some feedback, they ‘pride themselves on customer service’, laughable. Take your business elsewhere, unless you’re happy to wait 4+ months for simple tax returns. “i’ll get to it in a couple of weeks”. Two weeks later call back, ‘Oh, still haven’t got to it... next couple of weeks...”

A big shout out to Melissa who went above and beyond to assist my family with our travel insurance needs. Nothing was too much trouble for Melissa including finding a policiy to not only suit our budget but our many stipulations! I would highly recommend Melissa and Asparq.
