I recently visited this car wash and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the clear signage indicating a certain price, I was charged more upon arrival. The offerings also seemed to change every time I visited, making it difficult to know what I was actually paying for. To top it all off, the workers appeared exhausted and unhappy, giving off a negative vibe throughout the entire visit. I will not be returning to this car wash and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and consistent experience.Service: Auto detailing
Scam! I always go to the one in ellenbrook and never had issue i would pay $9 cash for a normal wash. I drove here and first they try to convince you yo pay more because the $9 they are not allowed to wash it properly i said its ok i always go for that option ill do the $9 then they ok but we charge fees for that option. I said ok ill pay cash.. then they say they dont accept cash because they had once a robbery and dont take cash anymore... they just want you to pay for other iption that are more expensive.. if they cant do that $9 option then remove that big advertising sign you have on the road because its a lie
Absolutely shocking service here and a scam. They offer a range of options and then tell you that you can’t have the cheaper options because it apparently affects the car behind you? So they try scam you into an up sell with this excuse. Super super weird and unprofessional.
For the actually car wash, they do an adequate job. However, their customer service does not exist, borderline rude…all of them. Additionally, they have multiple pot holes scattered a long the drive into the car wash which they seemingly refuse to pay for the upkeep because they keep multiplying every year so clearly they do not want to take care of what is an easy fix. So to me that says a lot about how they run the business.
Would never come here again even to get a basic car wash the staff are so rude and the car washes are never the same- if they’re in a good mood they will spray your car properly before you go in the car wash if they’re in a bad mood you’ll come out with your car dirty still! not a good way to treat customers the price is good but the service is shocking !
Pretty upset that I got to the front wanted to pay by EFT Was told that I had to get the $12 car was if I didn't have cash for the $9 car wash. It's not about the $3 but why don't you put a sign up in front of the store advising no EFT under $12 and when I tried to argue what my point was the car detailed advised that its only $3 pretty much get over it, I told him that I was simply giving feedback and it's false advertising and was expressing my complaint and he should feed it through but was very uninterested and that's bad customer service
I use to go there all the time to get my car washed, but they are recycling the water and it's not getting cleaned properly.... My car smelled like fish tank water after that wash and I had it rewashed elsewhere rather.
Good service but for the price it would be good to have the cars dried properly too
Great service some nice staff please get new brushes because they dirty. I recommended this place
