Best chemist, from the store staff who provide the best customer service to the pharmacists who are always happy to go above and beyond nothing is to much . People get upset when the pharmacist has to tell them no because they are following the rules, seems to be people turning up without the right paperwork expecting to be dispensed medical cannabis... When they get told you dont have the right paperwork people come here to google and mark them down for doing their job .... . Lovely people here
These people are hands down the rudest professionals I have ever come. My daughter and I have come out here from Caloundra for them saying that they can’t do a service that they say you can walk in and get online and when you call in advance they tell you to walk in then they tell you that you can’t have it done without a appointment. The staff are rude and clearly don’t communicate with each other
These people couldn't organise a bath in a bathhouse. The male chemist told me to come in the next week to pick up my script, but my script isn't due for ages? That's just one example of the incompetence there.
All the staff really down to earth, pharmacists take common sense approach, really happy to help, access your Q Scripts or Cloud if you let them so you dont even need your scripts - Good People!
Always great, caring service. Fantastic local chemist.
