Story

Lamont’s Swan Valley venue has personalised over the years to market demand in regards to the wine and food styles it represents. In November 2009 Fiona and Kate Lamont designed a new look cellar door and “small taste” menu to give a fresh approach to the way they feel their customer base is heading. By offering a new monthly changing menu with dishes designed to be shared in their cellar door at rustic wooden tables, benches and stools – it lends itself to a relaxed comfortable atmosphere being able to showcase their premium wines with expert advice and suits the discerning wine customer and food lover.

Make sure you have a glass of White Monster while you’re there. It’s perfect for summer and you can enjoy it in their garden. Had the tempura prawn with green goddess mayo, it was super tasty! If you like dogs, Truffles & Veuve are super friendly!
Have an amazing lunch in the garden. Staff are really friendly and genuinely interested in making sure that we had an enjoyable time. The food was amazing. Will definitely be going back to have the chicken and mushroom pies again. As you can see the scallops look amazing but they tasted even better.
Average food. Average wine. The barrel tables are a joke. The winery prefers to have the good tables empty for 2 hours, than giving them to walk-ins. Not coming back.

Had a lovely lunch over the weekend, just before we arrived a large bus of people arrived, the guys made sure we got our order in before them to make sure we weren't waiting too long. The food was amazing and the service was great. honestly couldn't fault it. Will be back for sure.
Was driving home from a holiday and looking for a dog friendly place for lunch. Google came up with Lamont’s and it was fantastic. Will be coming back
