Difficult to get information and communication isn't very efficient. Called the google listed number for tullamarine during business hours and left messages on voicemail on two occasions as nobody picked up the phone either day. Since neither call got returned after two weeks we went to the showroom to have a look and found the staff helpfull and friendly but they were unable to provide us with any pricing whatsoever and instructed us to call customer service while we were in their building no thanks. Anyway, the process isn't streamlined at all and didn't inspire confidence so Ikea was the no-brainer option and we are very happy with that choice. It's better, in my opinion, to be upfront with pricing with potential customers as it all just starts to feel like you're getting the run around. Bit of a waste of time but at least we know where to go in future.nThanks
A visit to the showroom is a must if building or renovating. Although we had an idea of the direction we wanted to go, we walked into the show room so confused with all the options our builder had given us. The designer, Catherine Vella, was so helpful explaining all the diferent option and helped guide us in what best suits our needs. Catherine was also amazing at guiding us with colours and helping us tie our design idea together.
Catherine was absolutely fabulous with assisting us in selecting our colour choices for our new build.nHer knowledge was amazing & her suggestions very helpful. Thank you for your patience & wide range of options

I’ve visited the Laminex showroom multiple times, and each time I’ve had a consistently positive experience. Cath has always been patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and support.
