Popped in yesterday to get some samples. Decided to leave a review here purely based on the awesome service and advice we received from Rose. She was super lovely and exemplified great customer service. Every business should have a Rose! Thanks again.
The lass who helped us just prior Christmas was very patient with my dithering and was happy to show us samples she thought answered our wants and concerns. I’m sorry we didn’t get her name but we certainly had a positive experience on the day. I did a follow up visit on the Monday after not knowing the showroom would be shut, and another lady from the receiving area was able to assist me further. I’m very happy with my choices and can’t wait to see them in our kitchen. Very deserving of 5 stars for their customer service.
We visited the showroom to chat about color choices for our new kitchen. Rose and Bronte were very helpful. They gave few suggestions and were able to support and guide us when choosing colors and materials to complement each other.
We were very impressed with the extensive knowledge offered to us by Catherine. Her commitment to service was even more evident when after saying needed to finish her Sat shift at 2.00pm she kept helping us put together a sample board until 2.20 despite on two occasions each of the other assistants offered to take over.nThank you for you help and we are still proceeding with your selections.
Friendly, personable & knowledgeable service. We arrived having no idea what we were after for kitchen finishes and color consultant ROSE had our design preferences sussed immediately and we had colours and finishes selected within 10mins! It's worth the visit even to meet Rose and have a friendly chat! Thanks Rose!
