We visited the showroom to chat about color choices for our new kitchen. Rose and Bronte were very helpful. They gave few suggestions and were able to support and guide us when choosing colors and materials to complement each other.
Disappointing that Venessa could not help me with a simple samples book due to not having an account, as builders working with our cabinet maker, we have been using laminex products and recommending them to our clients for years. It’s a very big let downnnI was informed I would have to wait 2 weeks for the account to be approved in order to get a samples book by my assigned sales rep, I stated the customer will be going away and ideally would like it before then and was happy to pay for it but it’s not something “they do”
The lass who helped us just prior Christmas was very patient with my dithering and was happy to show us samples she thought answered our wants and concerns. I’m sorry we didn’t get her name but we certainly had a positive experience on the day. I did a follow up visit on the Monday after not knowing the showroom would be shut, and another lady from the receiving area was able to assist me further. I’m very happy with my choices and can’t wait to see them in our kitchen. Very deserving of 5 stars for their customer service.
We just had the best experience with choosing our house cabinetry colours. Brontë and her colleague were so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind.nThank you so much.
Rose at the the Melbourne showroom was brilliant and such a show off. I walked in and found the sample board, stood there trying to match a door to the samples, then Rose walked up, took one look and went to the right one within a heart beat.
