Recently had my gall bladder removed here and it was such a nice stay.nFrom arriving at admissions I felt really comfortable and looked after.The nurses and staff on the ward that looked after were all really nice and genuine.nThe whole place feels light and airy and very comfortable,the front receptionist is always helpful and happy,the ticket machine is in the foyer so easy access to the carpark.Lots of easily read signage both inside the hospital and the other departments that are there.
My daughter was a patient at Lakeview Private Hospital today, and I cannot thank the team enough for the exceptional care she received.nnShe arrived in a significant amount of pain, and from the moment we arrived, the entire perioperative team went above and beyond to support her. Every staff member treated her with kindness, compassion and genuine care, making what was a very stressful morning much easier for both of us.nnA special thank you to Amanda in Theatre, who is an absolute angel. Her warmth, compassion and unwavering support made an incredibly difficult day so much easier and meant more to us than words can express. Roz was also wonderful, consistently providing reassurance, kindness and exceptional care throughout the entire process. Both nurses went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for the difference they made.nnThe pre-operative and theatre teams were outstanding. They were attentive, professional and always focused on ensuring my daughter was as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was clear that patient care is at the heart of everything they do.nnAs a nurse myself, I know what high-quality patient care looks like. To see my daughter treated with such compassion, dignity and professionalism during a time when she was so vulnerable meant more than words can express. It gave me enormous confidence knowing she was in such capable and caring hands.nnThank you also to her surgeon, Dr Adusumilli, for the expertise, care and reassurance he provided throughout her treatment.nnThank you to everyone at Lakeview Private Hospital. The care, compassion and professionalism shown to my daughter today were truly exceptional. I recently had a procedure at Lakeview Private Hospital and cannot speak highly enough of the care I received.nnWhen I arrived, I was in severe pain and feeling extremely distressed. Naomi from Pre-Op immediately comforted me, providing me with a warm blanket and reassuring me that everything would be okay. Her kindness and compassion made a huge difference during a very difficult moment.nnThe Pre-Op team also promptly notified my anaesthetist, Dr Gupta, who came to see me straight away to help manage my pain. I was incredibly grateful for how quickly and seriously my pain was taken.nnAmanda from Theatre was an absolute lifesaver and angel. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. She consistently checked in on me, advocated for me, and worked closely with Dr Gupta to ensure my pain was managed as effectively as possible. Her calm, reassuring presence helped ease my anxiety, and she continued to provide exceptional care in recovery, regularly checking on me, making sure I was comfortable, and helping me feel supported throughout the entire experience.nnI would also like to acknowledge Roz, who I have been fortunate enough to see since my first procedure at Lakeview back in 2021. Every single visit, she has greeted me with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. She always makes me feel welcome, valued, and at ease, and seeing a familiar face like hers has been incredibly comforting over the years.nnFinally, a sincere thank you to Dr Adusumilli for performing my procedure. I had a very good experience at Lakeview Private Hospital. The doctors, nurses, and all staff were professional, kind, and caring throughout my stay.
