Our stay at Lakeview Hideaway was fantastic, room was clean, comfortable & everything worked as it should have. Keyless entry was simple & saved having to worry about keys. Location was very good & we will certainly be returning. This was our 1st visit & we weren’t recommended by anyone to stay which made our visit even more enjoyable.
Q TRAIN IDEAL....Dont fool yourself this is a Motel style accomodation and not BNB. The only difference than a normal motel with a reception office is this location everything is done from the booking right down the the pin code to get into your keyless front door via online. If your at Drysdale to do the Q train this is an ideal spot as its a short 10 min walk from accomodation to train. The rooms are clean, spacious and functional. The interior furniture has an Amart feel about it, functional but not quality. Rooms have lots of natural light with sufficient kitchen equipment to cater for your basic needs. Plenty of coffee sachets International Roast, sugar, and bushels tea bags. Couple small bottles of water and two small 200ml UHT milks in the very small fridge. Quality body wash shampoo and conditioner supplied in bathroom. Bed was a bit soft like other comments but we found it ok. Outside there is good pool' fantastic hot spa, bbq, pizza oven and large table and Cairns at the camp kitchen area. The grounds are well kept very neat, clean and lush. Quality child proof fence around the central pool. L shaped design with 5 units one side and another 5 units other side. All in all this was an enjoyable stay in a clean spacious room with ample parking. Happy to recommend as a quality place to stay.
What a pleasant surprisenRoom was great with so soft bed and plenty of seating. Ammenities were great as well. Very quiet and just off a main road Parking was very convenient. Bathroom was huge and great for wheelchair access. Will definitely be back
Lakeview hideaway was perfectly set and so easily to get to everywhere we needed to go! Only slight noise from the roadway but the setting was lovely. Room is lovely and comfy but shower needs a little cleaning effort in the corners and grout where orange is appearing. We will definately be back, thank you so much!
Great experience. It was a good weekend getaway. The size of the rooms were quite big. Nice service but the bedding had hair on it- not sure if the linen was changed after the previous customers…overall the stay was comfortable though. :
