My experience with doctors Sally McDonald and Jenny Watt at Lakeside Square Medical Centre, Pakenham has always been satisfactory and consistent over the three decades I have been attending their practice.nThey don't rush the consultation and are thorough in the investigative process of one's more complex medical issues.
I’ve been attending this medical centre for over 9 years, and even though I no longer live in Pakenham just 15 mins away I still come here for the most important appointments and to bring my teen and pre-teen boys for their immunisations or if they need to see a doctor for anything other than a standard issue.nnThe staff at reception are kind, helpful and efficient and the doctors are all fabulous. While I try to stick with one main doctor, occasionally I’ve needed to book in with different doctors due to availability it’s best to book a few weeks in advance when possible if wanting particular doctors. The males, females, younger and older doctors are all very professional, knowledgeable and make reasonable and appropriate recommendations without jumping straight to offering medications or sending a client off for unnecessary tests etc. While the standard appointments are only 10-15 minutes, the doctors get to know you, discuss your issues with as much detail as possible, keeping a record of everything which makes it easier for different doctors to continue your care without you needed to re-explain your situation, and you leave feeling as though you’ve actually been listened to and hopefully with a result, recommendations or a plan for moving ahead.nnThe nurses at the clinic are also very kind and helpful, doing their best to support us adults as well as being patient when it comes to working with young and older kids who may not be particularly happy to be there or who are just feeling anxious about injections etc.nnI’d obviously highly recommend Lakeside Square Medical Centre to anyone needing care in the Pakenham area!
Reviewing on behalf of my 93 yr mother who has been a patient here for longer than my memory allows me to calculate. Since entering aged care she has been attended to by Dr Sai who is patient, thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. Without a doubt this is the guy you want when you need easy to understand answers. Kind thanks Dr Sai

I've been seeing doctors from this clinic since they were in Berwick and have always found them to be very caring and helpful for myself and my children. They've got a higher standard of care than other clinics in the area that is for sure! Dr Jessie is fantastic for womens health, and Dr Sab and Koh are great with kids.
