We had the big breakfast for only $15. Very quick with the cook up from scratch and worth it. They have a variety of food to order and a hot box if you just want a quick bite on the go. Well priced, crumbed on order, nice and crispy.
Such fantastic fish & chips + salad for only 11$ ~ Really crunchy and fresh fish. They now have EFTPOS machine too. However $5 minimum which is reasonable. Atleast they have EFTPOS, which makes life so much easier.
Customer was right, I did say the prawn cutlets seemed cold when handed over to me, staff so oh no when eat you fill find hot. I was sick from eating cold fried food. PS: Seafood salad prawns dry and rubbery, Sorry but will not risk again
I paid $2.80 for a small chips & realised after the first chip that they were dry & at lukewarm temperature. I took them back & asked the server if she might pour some gravy over them for me to improve the taste. She said “if you want gravy, it’s 40 cents extra”. I asked for my money back and she tried to shortchange me, so I reminded her that their price is $2.80, at which point she threw the remaining 50 cents into my hand, turned her back on me and walked away. Absolute deplorable service to match their poor food quality.
The service we received today was disgraceful. The server was in such a hurry to give us our food that she forgot the chips. She took our money then served the next customer. My mother waited until she finished serving, then explained she had forgotten our chips. The arrogant server then asked mum to wait till she served the last customer. So she expected us to wait for the rest of our food that she should have given when she served us the first time. So our food is going cold waiting for the rest of our order. If you get flustered and can’t get an order right, then you shouldn’t be working in fast food. There was 3 customers, OMG lucky you don’t work for the new fish and chip shop at doolandalla where they sell beautiful food and are so very busy. And they get the order right, are respectful and will be getting our business from now on. I’m also telling you that your seafood stick was very dried out. Not sure how long you should leave food in the hot box. You should maybe look that up.
Asked for fresh chips, was happy to return after a few minutes after paying, came back, confirmed they were fresh, told they were, server said, "Don't you believe me?' Not fresh, was given old ones in the window originally! Will never return!
Ordered the $11 dollar burger deal - burger of your choice I chose fish, chips and a can of soft drink. The crumbed fish inside the burger was big and very fresh. The burger was delicious it self. The fries were abit on the crunchy side which is my preference but I know not many people like their fries like that. thmeal was decent, tasty and very filling. I would definitely eat there again and try a battered fish meal Staff are friendly and meals came out on time. This place has a lot of other lunch deals that are reasonably priced that I would like to try in the near future. Five stars.
For the last 6 weeks on the alternate Saturdays my workplace has come to your shop so our young people in wheelchairs could listen to the live music. The people we assist have multiple disabilities and mostly cannot eat a normal diet. We realise we are sitting at your table which is one of many which are usually empty so buy coffees so as to make it fair. The last 3 times we were first asked if we were going to buy anything by your staff of which we said yes once our young people had their meals. Today took the cake, you sent a big security guard over to make that same question to which we replied yes. Such kindness shown to 3 women and the people that they assist. I bought a chicko roll that had been sitting for hours as it had no crunch whatsoever and the sour cream on my wedges was bad. It tasted weird and was yellow. I am appalled at your lack of community spirit and your rubbish food. I am contacting the mall manager Monday. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
