The location is perfect! Close to Lake Wendouree, centre of town and restaurant/cafes. The apartment was so well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Not to mention how clean and spacious this apartment was. We will be sure to return in the near future.
The management of this accommodation has no customer service skills whatsoever. I had 2 nights accommodation booked, the morning after my first night I had a voicemail message left on my phone saying "you need to leave, we've got someone going into that apartment today, you need to leave." After a conversation with them and the manager investigating what had occurred, he realised that it was their mistake and that they had double booked the apartment. I was asked to accept a refund on one of the nights and they would find me free accommodation elsewhere. I advised that I wouldn't be leaving as I was in Ballarat for a birthday and wasn't going to be inconvenienced by their mistake. Absolutely disgusted by their treatment! Would never recommend this accommodation to anyone!!!
Feb last year, Terrible would not recommend for the price paid, 2 bedroom ground level, outdoor area was a small table & 2 chairs under the wooden stairs to above apt facing the carpark, stairs covered in spider webs, people coming & going in carpark + up & down the creaking stairs u just couldn't sit out there, inside quite dark had to leave lights on, BIG NO
Our second stay with LWLA but on this occasion Gavin came to our rescue at short notice. Accommodation was hard to come by and thankfully we got the call! Love these apartments. Everything you need for a home away from home. Thank you!!!!Rooms: 5/5

A great place to stay.. like a second home.. was a well presented unit that we stayed in for 3 weeks., quiet and beautifully presented. Fantastic location, just off the beautiful Lake Wendouree. We loved it. Great place to stay for a family. Very clean. Car park area in the propperty. Very close to the lake, supermarket, eatery, playground for the kids. Perfect spot. Definitely be coming back.Rooms: 5/5
Nice and cosy apartment close to the lake wendouree. Beds were comfortable. The whole apartment was clean and nicely presented. Overall a good experience. It’s a bit pricey stay though.
Lovely apartment, very comfortable and warm on a cold July night! Great location next the lake and near a nice cafe and pub. Good for families. Will definitely be back!Rooms: 5/5
We had an amazing time once again ,the apartments are super cosy, very stylish and handy to all facilities, we love walking around the lake in the morning and have breakie at the many cafes within a short stroll.
