This place was a pleasant surprise. Great facilities. Interesting stuff to see. Dogs welcome but restricted to an outside area so they not crapping and cocking their legs everywhere. Great!!!

Not pleasant. Don't go with a puppy. Holiday from hell . Had to stay in paddock with the dogs as they were not allowed alone even if tethered. Our friend left because their lab broke free and the owner refused to listen to what happened. They were not refunded their unused nights . Three in total . Give it a miss .

To start with lake redbrook is a well maintained, clean and well presented park, but my experience with the park is not a good one! On our arrival we asked to visit family and friends. We were told where to park. We proceeded to our designated parking area but decided to drop off our chairs, esky etc when we approached by the owner and told in no uncertain terms that we were not allowed to park on the lawn . He said abusively ( do you understand me when I say no one ). We were trying to get our things out of the car but didn't get the chance! His attitude is disgraceful and he needs to learn some people skills if he intends to keep the park running! Any wonder the park was 3 parts empty.! Next day we went to mingo crossing and it was packed, need i say more!. Also upon arrival you are bombarded with so many do's and dont's you would have thought the park was a detention centre! I know there are rules and regulations to abide by but for gods sake have a bit of common decency for people because they are the ones filling your bank account! In response we are (seniors ), you didn't even give us time to take our chairs etc out off our car! If you had waited you would have seen us move to the car park at the back of the park, which is why we dropped off our things as I would not be able to carry things that far due to health reasons! That being said you contradicted yourself when you said there is no rule for not driving on the camp ground grass? As for the social media rant ,you seem to have that covered yourself! Cowboys? How rude! Have a good day.
