I can NOT imagine a better place overall experience than what we had here.nnThe location is central, the views were great, the rooms were immaculate, the breakfast included was fantastic.nnCheck in/check out simple, hassle free and quicknnThe kitchen staff were great. Tracy who cleaned our tables, collected dishes and went above and beyond what her job description probably is was NEXT LEVEL. Tracy was amazing. Who ever is in charge of pay and recruitment- give her a pay increase or I’ll get her to come work for me!!nnSeriously- not a bad word to say about our stay
We couldn't have been happier with the new accommodation here. Rooms large, comfortable and decor very attractive. Tim went out of his way to make sure that we were well looked after. Breakfast was included and was superb with everything you could want provided and very well presented in the breakfast room. We also dined in the bistro the previous night and that was really nice with the service throughout being exceptional. A big shout out to Tim and his team for exceptional service making a very memorable stay.
Stayed here for two nights as I was doing the Kosci 30 trail event, wow what beautiful rooms! I stayed in the new building, and couldn’t fault it. Excellent customer service too! I did eat dinner downstairs at the bistro, I did find the food a bit expensive, but the kid’s spaghetti was really nice. There is free buffet breakfast included.
Very convenient location, check in/out process and rooms are spacious. Shout out to Tracey from the kitchen staff who went above and beyond to meet our groups coeliac/gluten free needs. She was an absolute legend and so friendly!! Thank you Tracey!
Worst experience ever. Was treated like a criminal for having a 2 year old.nnWe waited 20 minutes to order our food and after waiting for another 30minutes and there were still no food.nnMy 2 year old son obviously could not sit and wait for that long, so I took him for a walk around. Got barked at by a security guard, telling me I had to sit down or face a fine. I then told him we were waiting for our food, but rather than showing any understanding, we were told to leave. Ok to tell me but please don’t bark. Better service needed.nnWe came at 6.20pm, left at 8 after being booted out. We were very hungry and tired with the prospect of not being able to eat at all, along with a screaming 2 year old and a 5 year old in tears.nnIf you have kids, avoid this place! No understanding or sympathy whatsoever.
