Just found this place by chance while doing a reccy of the outer reaches of Perth. Wow! good price, good service and bloody good fish and chips, but not easy to find. Take note and put it on your list, and don't be put off by its industrial setting. Definitely 5 stars!!
Faultless fish and chips - the best I've ever had. Batter achieved the Holy Grail of a thin greaseless crisp, and shark/hake were freshly cooked to meaty perfection. Downsides... the 15min+ wait cooked to order , and as other reviewers have noted a bill miscalculation. This only happened on the first of my two visits and was actually under-tallied, so clearly not deliberate. It was also quickly remidied along with an apology when pointed out. Given the above, it should really lose a point, but anything less than 5/5 would be giving the food an unforgivable dis-service.
Asked for chicken salt, got normal salt. Also if I'm spending $50 on fish n chips I would expect a few slices of lemon to be included, any decent fish n chips place knows to do this. The tartare sauce was disgusting, my 5yr old could make a better tartare sauce. The actual fish n chips were alright, but expensive, especially considering they are located in an industrial estate location and double as a fresh seafood store.

Best fish and chips in the west. Hand cut fresh, not frozen, quality fish. Whenever I'm in Perth this is me for a meal. Faultless!
i would like to describe my experience. i was in the desert, with jim morrison, and he dropped two tabs, i only dropped one, my left arm turned into...... oh, ah, oh ok sorry you mean describe my experience at lagoon seafood. yeah, its fresh, they are generous with amounts, your paying same as anywhere, cause seafood is expensive these days, but some places charge this much and are not as fresh or generous etc etc.
Great food at a reasonable price. The deep fried feta is to die for. Our favorite fish n chip place.
