We order regularly from there. Uber eats etc is fine but every time I have to order over the phone they can’t hear you for some reasons it was like 6 months ago and now again. Not sure if it’s personal or don’t understand what else is the issue. If you record these calls please listen to them and advise me what is so wrong with my language or communication. Have to repeat or talk loud feel for a simple order. Plenty of other options going forward
Good menu choices, good size serves at reasonable prices. Great taste and good flavours. Service from Kayleen was fantastic- friendly and accommodating as we were a big group. Will definitely visit again. Thank you. Parking: Ample parking. Close to venue.
This place should be ashamed of themselves. The potato pizza was poured into the bin untouched as we couldn’t physically pick it up due to being so soggy. The risotto wasn’t much better. Had cornflakes for dinner.
It's a great place to go ,relax, unwind especially after a hectic day at work, friendly customer service, food is delicious compliment s to their chef...money well spent
wow, this restaurant is absolutely beautiful! the food is amazing and the waitresses do everything to ensure you’re looked after and you enjoy your experience. would definitely recommend!!
The chicken risotto was excellent at Lago Fino, however they were a little bit stingy on the parmesan cheese. The salad reminded me of indigestion in a container as they were heavy handed on the dressing & the tomoato and cucumbers were cut way to big. The fish was cooked to perfection and the cream sauce for the fish was excellent. Chips were cooked well, however a little bit cold for my liking. The staff were friendly, the facility wad clean and prices reasonable. Overall personally i give Lago Fino, 3 stars out of 5.
For me , BEST PIZZA PIE !! HOW many can REMEMBER the Pizza called a PIE ? Anyway what i think is, OWNERS NICE GUY'S, STAFF FRIENDLY, PIZZA'S and food VERY VERY GOOD, dine in or T/A, their CALZONE , AWESOME! being going to this place for over 9 to 10 years. If you want a PIZZA , GO FOR A GREAT PIZZA.
I ordered a vegetarian Pizza and the attentants are not much aware of food serve there as she said she never tried so she is not sure about what are they serving in vegetables pizza. I ordered the one most popular one as per what she advised. Pizza came with very thin crest and full of mostly cheese on paper thin base. I requested for a normal pizza base and on that she replied that's all they make. So she refused to the service I came here for and expect us to eat whatever they serve but they don't advise or put any details about the pizza base. On refusing to serve me with replacement pizza I decided to walk away and on that one gentleman said ' Don't you walk away like that". This restaurant needs some manners and Courtseys how to provide basic minimum service to the pizza lovers so clearly it's not a place for pizzas and I wouldn't recommend anyone to try their pizzas and additionally they do not have basic manners how to treat their customers. Disappointed experience.
Requested for a vegetarian mushroom risotto...it was yumm so flavorsome fresh and hot. Enjoyed thoroughly....a beautiful lockdown dinner....thanks chef at Lago fino a cosy dine in place cant wait to come with family and friends
