I had a fringe show close by, a friend and I had dinner. Steaks were cooked PERFECTLY. Friendly, cheery staff behind the bar. Dogs are allowed inside too. I thought that was a great bonus. Can’t wait to return. Unfortunately I did not get photos of our amazing food but I did get some of the quirky decor. A must visit for a first date
We are luckily within walking distance of The Lady Daly and it has a really interesting history if you Google it. Great pub with a nice atmosphere. There's a beer garden too. Great for just a drink or their pub meals are good value. Staff are always lovely. A good Port Road option.
My friend and I had a wonderful meal. It was great value and really delicious. The staff were very friendly and had a great sense of humour. The quirky cool furniture and art just added to a really great experience! I'll be back for sure!
Went for lunch. The food was great; we had an array of little plates to share. Atmosphere dead. Service pass. Furniture and beer garden pleasant. I'd go again. Give it another go. You might as well too.
Top shelf pub, great for a drink before or after the soccer or before a how at the entertainment centre.
Best steak I've had in a very long time. Flavours and presentation absolutely stunning on all the dishes we tried. Shout out to the bar tender who made up a mocktail especially for me - it was delicious they don't have mocktails on the menu yet but you can ask for one! Would definitely recommend checking this place out. The funky interior was also a nice vibe.
Great pub, love the fact my dog is welcome! Fantastic service, great selection of food with options for various dietary needs. Wish I could walk there, I'd be there every day!
Now this is a funky pub! Eclectic decor, good beer selection, easy going staff and good food albeit slightly on the expensive side. Nice beer garden out the back though for sure
A wonderful, atmospheric pub, with mostly lovely staff there's just that one woman, but I think she's been 'let go', heheh The staff are lovely and kind and helpful, the food is perfectly presentable/palatable, but there are two things that elevate the pub above the ordinary - one, is that it has atmosphere, and two, it allows dogs to enjoy all of the spaces. We have been there dozens of times and all dogs are always on the leash and very well behaved. A very happy, lovely place full of kindness and fun. I highly recommend it! 11/10 stars! p.s if you don't like dogs, and you want to rate this pub, please refrain, because this pub is not for hitlers and meanies, it is only for nice people
