Popped in for dinner .. have been to quite a few La Porchettas and this one won hands down... The food was really good and the service impeccable...everything we ordered was fresh and hot and very tasty.. Will come back again well done
The atmosphere is great, the staff are friendly, the food is exceptional and the location is perfect. The Chicken Parma is huge, you may not find a bigger one anywhere in the west, the cheesy garlic bread is actually nice and cheesy not like the Domino's that rarely include any cheese. The cheesy garlic bread is never burnt. The Calzones are also great, I remove mushrooms and olives and add pineapple... They're so cheesy and big on flavour. I often enjoy a nice pasta dish; In this instance, I enjoy eating the napolitana pasta rather than the bolognese as it has pork minced with beef. I must say though, the prices are a bit on the high side but it is a good place for parties, gatherings and those that love Italian food. I've personally eaten in and ordered home delivery, it's great... I certainly recommend this restaurant.
the food was good and there was good parking spaces. the service was very slow though and we had to wait about 30 minutes for our food to arrive. It was also very difficult to call for a server as they didn’t really pay attention to the tables unless they had food/drinks ready to serve.
I have come here on and off in the past and always find the menu here a bit different to the other La Porchetta I have been to. Food is always delicious and of good portion so it is a staple for me.
Tonight’s experience was beyond horrible. Have been a regular customer for some time now and although their steaks are always a hit and miss it has never been so bad. today it was just horrible. We had a family dinner there and we ordered 7 ribeye steaks medium rare and a good 5/7 came out basically well done. They made it again and it came out like it was still walking around. One of them was made a third time and it was then over cooked again. At that point we were all over it and lost our appetite. We feel sick to our stomach and honestly you guys have lost a regular customer because after that experience we are not coming back. Don’t call yourself a chef if you can’t even perfect a steak after being given 2-3 chances to make it right. Very disappointing.
Had a big family Sunday lunch and everything was great. The staff were so lovely, helpful, sweet and attentive. All the food came out all together, hot and fresh and amazing quality. We felt so catered for and are so greatful because that was a particular special lunch celebrating my nonnas 90th. After 2 years of lockdown and not really seeing her family, my Nonna was so happy. It was so important for us to have a relaxed and happy get together and these guys made it super easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much guys! P.s. thanks for the amazing vegan options! Xoxo
The pizza was delicious, enjoyed it. Fast servings and the staffs were very friendly. Would highly recommend this place.
Food is good! My parents were a bit picky with their pizza and pasta but they loved it here. A lot of parking space too. Will come back again.
I haven’t been to La Porchetta in years since it was all the hype. Ordered the cheesy garlic bread, mushroom carbornara and chicken schnitzel. The garlic bread had the perfect amount of cheese and wasn’t too crisp. The pasta was tasty and didn’t feel too heavy afterwards. I was also pretty impressed with the schnitzel. The chicken was juicy and the batter was very light and crisp. Mushroom sauce topped it off. Overall not a bad meal.
Food taste is good, cooked pasta deliciously. Nice ambiance and place to spend time with family and friends. The staff treat customers with good behaviour.
