Great unpretentious Pizza, looking after hungry families since 1980-something. Take a trip down memory lane, get a super special & a litre of house wine and watch the world go by on Keillor Road from the street dining. Ordered from DoorDash, but ya know what? I really enjoyed this! The crust had flavour, cheese was good enough quality! I wasn't expecting much as it's been years since I've been to La Porchetta.  Anyways, whoever the cooks were on the line nailed it! The chips were plentiful and good, garlic bread was fine, but the pizza was exactly what I wanted.  Cheers!

Would love to put a zero star rating but am forced to put a one star rating. Nice venue visually BUT we sat at the table for 15+ minutes, had absolutely no one approach the table, was all of 4 other tables that HAD ALREADY ORDERED yet we were left sitting there while someone wiped down chairs near our table instead of approaching us and asking if we were ready to order, to not have anyone approach the table to ask if we wanted a beverage or table water while we decided on food was PATHETIC service and I will not be returning nor will I be suggesting this venue to others in the future.  Be better.

A good family Restaurant where you can indulge in a Variety of delicious dishes which have made La Porchetta known and famous for. The service staff is very attentive and friendly.

Really really disappointed with the $140 worth of pizzas we ordered tonight.  They were in edible.  It makes me feel queezy just thinking about them.   The chicken was scarce and tasted nothing like chicken, all pizzas were salty, the cheese didn’t have flavour, even the margaritas were in edible.  4 adults, 4 teenagers and a child, who usually love pizza were all unsatisfied , so a tonne of pizza is left over…..sorry la porchetta, we eat in your restaurant often as we like it for a reliable tasty family meal, but take out tonight was not a great.

I am very disappointed that the food was not fresh at all.  The fries looked like they were made two days ago and the chicken didn't taste anything like chicken.  The mushroom sauce was disgusting.  The service was good but the food was not good at all

Best pizza place in Melbourne.  Fabio and Dez make the best pizza and offer the best service.  Living in Moonee Ponds, we have more than a dozen pizza places closer to home but choose to drive further as the pizza at La Porchetta Niddrie - not to mention the incredible homemade bread roles are simply awesome.  Such a complete menu - coffees, dessert - everything! Thank you Dez and Fabio.  Parking: plenty of parking in walking distance  Dietary restrictions: they offer gluten free and vegetarian
