We’ve stayed at La Mer for the past four years. The location and views are excellent, and the apartments themselves are spacious, comfortable, well-appointed, and consistently well maintained.nnThe La Mer staff are always supportive and helpful - nothing ever feels like too much trouble, which makes each stay even more enjoyable.nnWith the Surf Club just across the road, a convenient bus stop nearby for easy access to Noosa, and a fantastic selection of Sunshine Beach cafés and restaurants within walking distance, La Mer offers everything you need for a perfect holiday.  This is why we keep coming back!

Great location and opposite direct entry of Sunshine Beach access 31. Next to Sunshine Beach Park and neighbouring to eateries and great local cafe and coffee roaster - Sunshine Social. Also very close and walking distance to the entrance of Alexandria Bay Walk that is 2.1km one way.

We come here every year because of the fantastic location. The apartments have great ocean views,  there are lots of delightful cafes nearby and it is only 5 minute drive into Noosa. The staff are friendly and we always feel we get great value for money.nGary and Lilin20251203

This is one of our absolute favourite destinations on the Sunshine Coast. Perfectly positioned just across from the Sunshine Beach Surf Life Saving Club, it’s only a short stroll to the patrolled swimming beach. Every apartment boasts sweeping ocean views, and you’ll find yourself within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, cosy cafés, and the local bus station. During the Festive Season, a free bus service runs to and from Noosa, meaning you can leave the car behind and truly relax. After a day in the sun, the heated pool is the ideal spot to unwind, complete with BBQ facilities for a laid-back evening meal.

Great stay at Le Mer! Perfect location near the beach, very clean and comfortable apartments. Highly recommended.
