We stayed for a week. The dishwasher was full of mouldy food. We reported this, however, we were left to clean it ourselves. It was disgusting. The room smelt of mould. The toilet had mould under the rim. The showers both had mould in them. Everything reported to management. We purchased cleaning products and cleaned the apartment ourselves. Bought candles to cover the smell. We were offered another apartment. You guessed it, mould on the bathroom ceiling. We declined this apartment as we had just finished cleaning our own. The room we had was street level. No privacy as they only had curtains. So, you either had to have a dark room, or open your curtains and have no privacy. Again, mould on the curtains. When we arrived, we were not supplied with towels. We had to request these. When the room was serviced, again we had to follow up and ask for towel. We were not supplied with an iron. Discovered this when we were trying to get ready to go out for an important dinner and could not iron our clothes. We only stayed as we couldn’t get alternative accommodation due to lots of people in SA for sporting competitions. We cancelled our accom for later this year as have our families and friends also booked for La Loft in Unley. I would never stay here again.
I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on first floor for 15 nights. Place was fantastic and is in a very quiet location that is more closer to King William than Unley rd. Main bedroom had a queen sized bed with ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom was 2 singles. Kitchen, tv and dining area all open plan and very spacious. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer plus extra bathroom. Balcony with lots of sun. Within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and bars on King William. Only negative sadly was the lift wasn't working and couldn't be fixed as it was Christmas. #LetsGuide #adelaide #vacation #SouthAustralia
