Simply authentic!! A very warm service with staff as authentic as the food ; i used to go with my parents in places like La Formaggeria to buy cheeses...but this morning i had a beautiful surprise when i tested the buffalo mozzarella directly from the hands of two sisters that are bringing the italian tradition to melbourne.
What a great little italian corner in the middle of St kilda. Artisan cheese makers makes cheese in the venue and the coffee and sandwiches are truly awesome and what a great atmosphere

These people are insulting blatant liars. I asked four times if they made the buratta cheese they sold me and he insisted they did. When I got home and read the label with glasses on I discovered it was factory made. I doubt they make anything and are happy to blatantly deceive the public.
