So happy to have found some Mexican on the coast that is full of flavour. The Medium looks small but is pretty good value. Can't wait to have it again.
Great food, very good, fast service. Enchiladas and crab to standard was excellent. Good authentic Mexican.
Food is yummy compliments to the chef. This is one of my favourite places to eat.
One of if not the worst food experiences of my life. Met at the door with "good luck getting a seat" from the wait staff. Over two hours wait before being told that the chef had left, a staff member didn't come in and that a waitress was cooking the food. To top it off they didn't know if our food had even started cooking.
Restaurant was totally unprepared for a busy school holiday Friday night. Waiting time of around 70 minutes for a meal when you book an early dinner as you have a toddler is unacceptable. Staff pleasant enough but no effort made to explain delay or even apologise. Food was adequate when it arrived but too disappointed by that stage to really enjoy the experience. Won't be going back.
I was on the edge of being hopeful and feeling like standard Mexican fare you find in Australia after the chili con queso. It was quite salty and a few of the corn chips seemed a little stale. Having been to Mexico a few times and eating Mexican cuisine at many different places, I've been used to the use of Monterey Jack or oaxaca cheese in queso. Orders in, I sip a small taste of my wife's sangria. Orange juive, brandy and wine make for an interesting taste but it grew on me. She really loved it. My tostada was good and the right size for what I wanted tonight. My wife got the ribs which were quite tasty and the homemade chips were tasty. Overall I felt this place redeemed itself and I may be back to try more. Only suggestion is a less dusting of the chili spice over the food and a little less salty cheese would perfect what we had.
Absolutely delicious!! Best mexican restaurant i've been to in Queensland by far & i've tried a few!!!! I've even been to mexico & am pleased to say it is definitely quite authentic, especially compared to rip off chain restaurants like montezumas!! I highly recommend the cool, friendly, relaxed dining experience topped it all off beautifully
Nice place with a Mexican touch. Price acceptable and friendly staff. The food was enough good. Only the music wasn't Mexican, it was Spanish flamenco music but anyway, good place for eat Mexican food and no Tex-Mex.
Excellent food! Best Mexican around. Really friendly staff and great sized meals. Nice family atmosphere at this place :
By far the best Mexican I have had since moving to Queensland. I have tried a lot of others but keep coming back to this one. Full of flavor and great menu. Well done guys.
