Best coffee in town! I never need sugar when I visit the delicatessen. The cannelloni was absolutely perfect and the sausage rolls are to die for!! Saw a horrid lady come in on her phone and was so rude to the owners, proud of them for handling the situation so brilliantly. A true family environment, don't forget to grab some sandwich meats from out back and have a look at the beautiful kitchen ware <3
Don’t take your dogs there as the owner abused my dog for marking his spot near the front door where other dogs have already been. It’s human nature for dogs to smell other dogs business and mark their territory. I would understand if it was inside but we are outside on public land. If she is worried about people eating outside don’t have tables to eat outside, with bird droppings, fumes of cars and rubbish bins everywhere. If I behave the way she did towards her it would have been harassment. Rude rude and plain RUDE!!! By the looks of the reviews and her responses to other comments I am not the only one she has been aggressive to!! And clearly gets her friends to applaud her bad behaviour in positive reviews. Shame on you !!!
Most amazing and friendly environment, feels like an extension of my own family. I never pass without getting a coffee or a tea and the occasional cake or sausage roll for lunch. Absolutely delicious!! Witnessing loud and rude customer's is a terrible part of summer but the owner knows how to handle arrogance and we all love her for it!
Horrible experience. Owners were so rude, it left me feeling awful. The coffee is just ok, the cannoli we had were soft. Average at best. The sarcastic reply from the owner says it all...my day was fine before them. Plenty of better places to go!
I walked into this deli and was browsing whilst I was on the phone, I was not being served whilst on the phone I was browsing the products on my own. The store person then approached me and said that I was being rude because I was on the phone while in store. How pathetic! What a silly thing to say. When was a law made that said not to be on your phone while shopping, the lady made me feel very uncomfortable so I left. I will obviously never return to this store because I do not want to be made to feel guilty whilst shopping. Pathetic customer service, the staff here should be taught a thing or two about what behaviour is acceptable and what behaviour isnt, and should also pride themselves in making the customer's who enter the store feel welcomed and comfortable.
Absolutely delicious coffee, friendly staff and lots of goodies! So happy to have found this hidden gem so close to home.
Great coffee and a huge variety of tasty foods. The staff are very knowledgeable. I particularly like their hot castilinga salami.
