Very tasty cheese. Nice service, but unfortunately, the atmosphere of the tasting was not ours. The tasting was at a counter in the visitor centre.  We would have liked a relaxed place with seating and rather a cheese platter with a few crackers.nBut we still can highly recommend the Tom Al Vino cheese.

Great experience and learning about the quality milk and cheese products! I love how the animals are treated and amazing the robotic process. Highly recommended.

I tried these cheeses at the good food and wine show in Sydney and purchased a couple. I’m now obsessed with the Queso Blanco. The only negative is that I can’t buy more as I’m too scared for it to be posted with Auspost from Tasmania all the way to Sydney especially because my parcels often end up at the post office with me not able to collect them until Saturday. If you have a stockist in Sydney I would definitely buy again.

Sampled cheeses at the Duck Pavillions. The person offering tastings was very informative, making it a good experience. Cheeses are excellent, a little different to the usual fare found elsewhere, we purchased 3, and have already polished off our 'Fluffy Cow'.
