I have been a regular and loyal client for the past year and a half. Really disappointed with todays service. Im not after perfection but I expect a decent job. My sns nails were rushed and I left the salon with 4 cuts and a few fingers bleeding. More of my skin was filed than my nails. My nails were left looking lumpy and uneven as half the steps were overlooked to get the job done quicker. The top coat wasnt covering the full nail. I was told its done and I can go after paying in full and i had to ask several times to please fix or can I have the polish to fix myself. I understand it depends on the technician you get, some are fine but others have been quite rough. I am not one to make a fuss and always hope for the best. Just a really upsetting overall experience. I understand accidents happen but not when you get cut repeatedly then it becomes carelessness. Some accountabilty needs to be taken. 24hrs on and my finger is completely inflamed and throbbing. I should not have to come home to disinfect my fingers and keep applying antiseptic cream evey few hours to avoid a further infection. You have a duty of care please take better care of your clients and not rush to fit more clients in. Thank you!

What a rush work.She started with SNS and when I asked what happened to my manicure ? She just said some people don’t want manicure! I booked manicure and sns.  Didn’t want to say anything. Look at the photo, I come out my fingers were dusty and not even lotioned?????

Absolutely disgusting! I will never ever come here again! This place is filthy! They are filthy and have completely ruined my nails!  Yes I used to go over two years ago and swore I would never came back. When someone told me you have the real hard gel I decided to go again and see if the service had changed but it hasn’t and in fact it hasn’t gotten worse. Staff are aggressive with your nails, they are rude and lie about appointment making. Not to mention My nails and hands were left ruined and dry because of their poor skill set and lack of care. My grandmother has not been to you salon in over a year for the same reason and my mother certainly won’t be coming back. Disgusting! 1 star is too high of a rating for this nail salon!

I lived overseas for abt 30yrs and had the most amazing manicures. I mostly got french with colour. I was pleased to find this place offers the same French, funny bunny, i was used to overseas. Most places have no idea about the colour and just request extra money. Anyway, yesterday, i was suprised with the host  and her warm nature. She constantly approached me throughout the service informing me of prices and discount. It was easy to communicate with her. As for nails, I can honestly say that it depends on who does them.  I understand these girls get tired and are exposed to chemicals and fussy customers. Sunday, the girl who did my nails was mediocre. However,Tee, i think is her name, did an outstanding job a couple of weeks back.! I was quite impressed with her work indeed!! LIKE i said, It all depends on the person u get! The hostess Pow? Lovely and hospitable. Tee? 10/10!!!!

I made a booking for a simple shellac pedicure and polish manicure. It has been well and truly over 1 hour and 30mins. They are incredibly understaffed always and take forever with the nails only coming out average. I had been coming here for nearly 10 years but I’m genuinely sick of waiting around for an average job. The women changed hands so many times that I never had consistency. I like this place. But i am not happy with the latest manicure experience.. The french nail polish didnt come out neat. Feels like Half of my nail is covered white‍. I tried explaining and asked for correction but not sure why i was put to wait.Services:&nbsp;Manicure

Worst experience ever, the lady who was doing my pedicure have a big discussion with another lady about my Hallux Valois using tai language! I feel super uncomfortable! After I told her my feet was born like this, she continue to talk about my feet with the lady sitting next to her, instead of doing pedicures, she examined my feet like a doctor while talking to another lady using a completely different language that I don’t understand for 15 minutes! Went here a couple of days ago, had high expectations due to reading good reviews. Unfortunately did not get the same vibes. Came on time and had to wait outside for over 10+ minutes then asked to pick a colour just to go back outside to wait some more. Eventually started my appointment 30 minutes later than my initial time. Very unorganised system. The lady who did my nails was very rough and when I made several comments that she’s hurting me, she did not care. Overall not happy. Don’t know if I’ll come back.
