Ordered Kerastase hair products, over $200! No products have arrived, no delivery tracking advise, can’t call customer service team, tried multiple times, no replies to emails. No ability for a refund! This company is criminal! I’ll be seeing my bank to try and reverse the purchase cost somehow? Would give them zero stars if I could! Do not buy from LOREAL or Kérastase online.
Contacting on the phone and have to keep repeatedly ringing back as after two rounds of the recorded Welcome to Country it tells you that your call can't be answered and it just hangs up on you.nCome on guys poor form your a multi-national cosmetic giant with 2023 sales of 41 billion euros...you can put people on to answer the phone, it's disgraceful customer service. It wouldn't pass the pub test that's for sure.
I ordered online last month. Now I am still cannot receive the parcel. I try to contact the delivery company called courier please. No one can help me. I send the email to apply for the refund and there is still no reply.
The lady I spoke with was lovely but at the end the voucher I was given didn’t even cover half of what I spent on the hair colour which did not work. My hair went orange & didn’t cover my roots, I have 5 packet’s which I can’t use. I have used this product for years and never had any problems but since they changed something in the formula it definitely does not work for me - attached are the 5 packets
I experienced the worst service in Australia. I waited for my delivery for almost 4 weeks . They promised me every time that they will update me on the status and their manager Cassandra will call me. Of course nobody called me. In the end when I got my order 24 days later, they offered me 10% off for my next purchase. Really ???Who will ever order again from you??
