If I could give 0 stars I would. Whilst we were with LJ Hooker we have had 3 different property managers in less than a year! Telling enough. Too many issues to list. My advise; do not get your property managed by LJ Hooker.
Staff is very nice though. Total systems failure.

These people are useless. We've been waiting 2 years for them to come and repair all the damages that were already here when we moved in.. On top of that, we've been paying extra on our rent to have these damages repaired and still nothing has been fixed! And now they are evicting us because there's too much damage! Which is three holes in the wall, little ones I might add. So little it's a joke! Over the past few years, all that has been fixed is our shower. Wow man. What do you say to that?! I am disgusted and appalled. This is how LJ Hooker treat their tenants that always pay their rent! Too much alright you guys. Youse don't even deserve one star. Very disappointed, now we have no where to go. They said They would find us a new property to stay in, but we have not heard from them yet, as we are moving out on Friday the 13th. How slack can you get? Like really! I may have to go to the tenancy tribunal or pay the mayor a visit to discuss this poor behavior!
