I was amazed by how excellent the service was throughout: from booking an urgent appointment for a haircut until leaving the salon. Everyone in the salon made my partner and I, feel welcomed and comfortable. The haircut, wash and dry were top class - I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Also, I remember the female stylist telling me after my haircut was done by her, "no rush, take your time". This was part of my amazing experience. I felt like I had the time to enjoy my new trim. It was my first time at this salon so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I chose this particular one as it was the only one in the area that had ammonia free dye and also Olaplex - both things that were important to me. The salon is run really well, has a luxury feel and is reasonably priced. I am quite meticulous when it comes to service so I always find something that could be improved. I am pleased to say that on this occasion I could not find anything negative at all. The staff were friendly, attentive, fast, professional and made sure I was comfortable and well looked after. The salon is nice and clean, very pleasant decor. My hair was done by the owner himself and I really loved the end result. He understood exactly what I wanted without me having to answer thousands of questions. The execution was perfect. I will be returning in future.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Phenomenal service every single time. Baris the director is the only person I’ve allowed to touch my hair in a very long time! Little gem of a salon in Mill Hill. Staff is super friendly but also attentive and makes sure you get the final results you want. I had the best experience and cannot be happy enough. Baris is a real professional, listened carefully to what I wanted and did an amazing colouring  job without damaging my hair. He also did a fantastic haircut for my mum, she is very happy!
