What a great facility for the region, and visitors like me. Im here for a few weeks looking after my son’s place, and was worried about not having access to hydrotherapy facilities. I should not have worried.nThis is a very large and well maintained facility, with several pools and sports courts. I used the heated exercise pool, which was excellent. Change rooms are good and clean and the rest of the pools and assets were very well looked after.nThe staff were great - very friendly and helpful. With my seniors card the visit only cost $6, which I thought was great value. Heaps of parking at the centre and nearby.nThere were not a lot of people in the exercise pool and I was warned that it could get a bit busy - but that there will always be a space.nPleasantly surprised to find such great stuff in this nice Victorian town.
Value for money is quite low. So many swimming lessons are prioritised and yet people with memberships can’t utilise the pool during regular business hours. The value for money is quite low. Disappointing customer service. Sometimes good customer service.
One of the best council managed facilities. Friendly team members. Impressed with cleanliness, ranges of good equipment throughout. Plenty natural light, airy indoor space with highest safety standards. Perfect water temperature in heated pool. Here I don't smell strong chlorine in my suits, hair, skin. If possible, can you please review second music option instead of loud TECHNO music in GYM room? Gentle dance pop, maybe SOUR CANDY, DOWN UNDER or similar !?Thank you.
I've been a member for 4 years now at the kyneton Toyota sports and aquatic center.and I've surpassed all of my goals ,now I'm ready for the sparton challenge on the 2nd of march 2019.
Excellent covid social distancing guidelines and systems in place. Very supportive and kind staff. Well done team. Very appreciative of the opportunity to swim.nIt's a 25 metre indoor. Very warm. But nice for wintery swim.
