Best service with reasonable price,just 5 min walk to the beach,have all necessary furniture as you want.However there have not much restaurant near by.

Very disappointed in our stay at Kyamba Court. We had specificity booked a certain room and were given the complete opposite. The room was very dirty with dust over everything and the bathroom had mould everywhere. The TV only had a few channels that worked. The entertaining area and pontoon were great but the pool and spa were out of use. We had previously stayed here last year with the old owners and it’s was fantastic. The customer service received this time around was pathetic. Such a shame to see how quickly something great can deteriorate. Will not be staying there again.

1 star because the cups were not cleaned properly & the room had a bad smell.
(Have stayed here twice & the first time smelt like off milk!) the receptionist was great though, very nice man & I did enjoy the smokers/outdoor area. But the smell + the dirty cups did it for me. Also, I left personal items in the room accidentally after I checked out & they did not even ring to confirm whether I would be coming back for them. They just threw them out straight away.

Its not to bad. Very over priced. The spa is shut down. Sheared kitchen is a bit of a shambles and had no power the last day I was there. We had the air con leak water out of it 2 or 3 times. And for the money u pay for the room and still they what $4 to do a load of washing. And $4 to put it in the dryer.

Reasonable price for the room, small with the usual facilities also included a DVD player.
