I visited Kyabram Regional Clinic yesterday for a Pre Op appointment with Dr Tay. I was impressed with how thorough the process was and how professional and efficient the services provided were.
Very short wait. Dr was able to organize our Covid booster at the same appointment that we had made for our flu vaccine. Much appreciated. As I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids, I have great difficulty hearing the staff when they are wearing masks.
Always very helpful and courteous from from desk staff and doctors. Thank you very much.
Reception staff very nice and accommodating were they can be given that it is a very busy clinic with a high Volume of patients. Dr Gilong very professional and appeared to be interested in current problem and ongoing chronic problem. Would be nice if he stayed in Kyabram. I have noticed there is a large turnover of Dr’s in the 12months I’ve been here.
Went in to make a flu injection appointment and got in straight away! All went smoothly and the people were very nice
