Cleanest motel that I have ever stayed in the world over. That is after 40 years of travel. Frankly this is only the 3rd review that I have written in all of those years… no need for me to tick all of the usual boxes - consider them all ticked.nMark Addison
Close to town, pretty clean for an older hotel.nUnfortunately we had someone beating their car matts outside the rooms whoni beleive was the owner of hotel, also beware a dog barks as soon a you walk out your room.nBeds were way too hard. Both husband and I woke up sore and he barely slept.nProbably good only for 1 night stay. Did like the fact they had wifi and could sign in on TV to watch movies.
Sheets and towels clean. The luggage rack was lovely. Bed comfortable. Nice colour scheme. Dishes and tea towels and microwave oven meant the room felt like it had a kitchenette. Air conditioning seemed OK.nPool filthy in 35C heat, yard dirty, outside tiles falling off of walls. Grubby throughout the room although looked like daily cleaning is fine if a little light on. Furniture very worn- i.e. should go to the tip- torn, scuffed and dirty. Chairs have layers of dust on them. Plugs and wall have embedded grime. No bathroom sink. Bed ruffle grubby. Slightly stale smelling. Fly wire door has a tear in it, letting in bugs. Tried to move after check in but couldn't. Host not there for check in only for payment. WiFi instructions a bit opaque. Very poor value for $140 per night.
Absolutely disappointing experience. Room carpet was soaking wet. I asked lady at reception and she said ''put towels on the floor and turn on the heating you'll be fine''.nBecause of wet carpet there was so much smell in the room. They did not offer any solution. I had to leave the motel at night and there was no apology.nnI had to call 'Kyabram Country Motel' just down the road and had to book a room. They are AMAZING! Highly recommended.
Very nice motel.I'm very quiet.
