Had different instructors for every class but each routine was pretty much exactly the same. When I asked one instructor for some help with my springs, she told me I should have gone to an easier class.

Loving my online pilates sessions with Raech and Lindy! They even let me incorporate my own pilates  dance moves!

I have been participating in the online workouts weekly with coach Rach and absolutely loving the format! It is the perfect way to mix up my training. The best part is that my gluteus maximus feels the burn everytime which the poor cherub gets neglected otherwise. Thanks team and thanks Rach for your amazing sessions!!

I swear by KX Pilates. Clinical Pilates fixed my back a few years ago and I didn't want to stop doing it, so joined KX Pilates, which was one of the best decisions ever by me. Great instructors, great studio and you get a great workout :
