I love this studio! My friend brought me here once and I never turned my back since. The studio is so aesthetic, the trainers are so supportive i have so many favourites I cant choose! and the workout hits full body ie they do core, legs, glutes, and upper body. I feel like I get my moneys worth here. I also brought my partner here and he loves it.
I highly recommend KX Pilates Concord. All of the instructors are amazing & so welcoming & encouraging. Their classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Having been a regular for a while now, I am so happy with how much my strength & fitness have both improved. I couldn’t have done it without the encouragement of the wonderful team. I have been going to KX Concord for 2.5 years and it’s like my second home. Having a severe back injury for half my life I can finally do simple activities without pain and my back and body have never been stronger. The girls are incredibly motivating, knowledgeable and make the classes so fun.
I’ve been coming to KX since the studio opened and have absolutely loved it. I had no prior experience to Pilates before starting. All the instructors are amazing and genuinely care about your progress. It’s like it’s own community and I look forward to every class.
Love KX Concord. The trainers are so supportive and friendly. They are keen to help, adjust and ensure you get the best out of every class. The variations in classes keep it interesting and fun. Recommend for anyone looking for an all over body workout.
